The Litigant's Playbook™ is an independent educational publishing brand. We create plain-English guides, courses and templates that help UK consumers understand a dispute, organise their evidence and choose their next step.
Why it exists
The Playbook was created from personal experience of navigating a consumer dispute, and finding how hard it is to get clear, practical guidance. The details of that experience are private. What matters is what came out of it: a simple, repeatable method for getting organised.
The Playbook Method
Understand. Organise. Investigate. Communicate. Escalate. Review. Prepare. One chronology, one evidence file, precise questions, and every response checked against the evidence.
What we publish
- Free guides and courses for England & Wales (in English and in Welsh) and for Scotland, each written for its own court system and terminology.
- Editable starter templates that go with each guide.
- Deeper paid systems for claims, defences and full case management, planned for after the free guides.

Our material is general educational information. Rules, fees and time limits change, so always check the official source, and consider professional advice where your matter is complex, high-value or urgent.
