This Privacy Policy explains how Elimu Digital LLC ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit litigantsplaybook.co.uk, sign up for a free guide, use our courses or buy our products under The Litigant's Playbook™ brand.

1. Who we are

Elimu Digital LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company (registered office: 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Contact us at [email protected].

2. What personal data we collect

  • Sign-up details: your name, email address, the guide you choose, and a record of your consent (date and wording).
  • Account and course use: login details (managed by our platform provider), lessons you open, your progress and downloads.
  • Purchases (when paid products are available): order details, billing details and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment providers; we do not see your full card number.
  • Emails: whether you open or click our emails.
  • Support: messages you send us and our replies.
  • Website use: your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

We do not ask for special category data. Please do not put details of your own dispute into forms or emails to us unless it is necessary to get support. If you do, we will use it only to help you.

3. How and why we use your data

  • To give you your guide, course and templates and to run your account — because you have asked us for them (contract).
  • To send you emails about our guides, updates and products — with your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.
  • To keep our website and courses secure, fix problems and understand how they are used — our legitimate interests.
  • To take payments and keep tax and accounting records — contract and legal obligation.
  • To answer questions and complaints and to establish or defend legal claims — legitimate interests and, where required, legal obligation.

4. Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run the business, including our website, course, checkout and email platform (Kajabi), payment providers, and professional advisers and insurers. They may only use your data for our purposes. We may also share data where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Transfers outside the UK

We are a US company and our providers operate in the United States and elsewhere, so your data will be processed outside the UK. Where UK law requires it, we rely on approved safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or a provider's certification under the UK–US data bridge. 6. How long we keep your data

We keep data only as long as we need it. As a guide: account and course data while you have access and for a reasonable period afterwards; marketing details until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent; and transaction records for about six years for tax and accounting purposes.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to our use of it, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. To use these rights, email us. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.

8. Children

Our guides and products are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your data, but no online service is completely secure.

We may update this policy. The latest version will always be on this page, with its date at the top.
